Turn a complex, backend-driven AI system into a no-code, user-friendly product for non-technical teams.
Make configuring voice agents feel intuitive, expressive, and brand-aligned — not technical or cold.
Use AI tools to accelerate design without compromising clarity, usability, or human nuance.

There was no UI, structure, or schema — only backend parameters and voice capabilities. I had to define the product from scratch, simplify technical behaviour, and map it to intuitive UX — all within a tight 2-week delivery window.
