I led the 0→1 design of a personalised diabetes management product, an AI-powered, goal-oriented programme that delivers real-time guidance and continuous health tracking to help users manage sugar levels, lower HbA1c, and improve long-term outcomes.
I worked closely with product, our medical expert, and the Chief Business Officer to bring this to life :)

Challenge
How do we make complex health data easy to understand without overwhelming users? The goal was to present it with clarity and care — using a calm tone, simple interactions, and an intuitive, supportive flow.
Outcome
The product launched in January 2025 and saw rapid adoption across both users and healthcare partners.
12.4K+ active users managing diabetes daily through the redesigned experience
15K+ users onboarded within the first month — a strong early adoption signal
30+ specialist networks integrated the AI-driven model into patient care
The system was designed to scale — later extended to support weight management with minimal design rework
